The Brick Companies (TBC) is looking to acquire land for development and joint ventures. (TBC is especially focused on revitalizing real estate in neighborhoods in which we do business).
The Brick Companies invests in only the highest quality projects, people and places. We are currently looking for joint venture partners, cultures and values similar to TBC.
Our criteria
- Size – Small to medium land purchases – $2 – $5 million
- Location – Target areas based on proximity to current properties, transportation infrastructure, demographic analysis, re-leasing rates, absorption rates, vacancy rates, etc.
- Investment Product – Diversity in product to minimize risk consistent with our For Working, For Living and For Fun divisions.
